Chummie now Originates in the Tax Haven of the Netherlands Antilles!!!

Chummie no longer originates in China, as it has for quite some time. For Amazon, it now originates in the Tax Haven of the Netherlands Antilles!

Wow! This is getting much worse than we anticipated and happening much faster.

Amazon appears to have stopped Theos Medical Systems from being a seller on Amazon. So, we assume, that Amazon cannot (will not) purchase anything from Theos. But Amazon has been selling a Chummie bedwetting alarm which they had earlier purchased from Theos. This item had been declared to originate in China. Now from Amazon's listing of this alarm and its Product Details published on Amazon.com:

·  Product Dimensions: 0.5 x 2.5 x 2 inches ; 1 ounces
·  Shipping Weight: 6.4 ounces (View shipping rates and policies)
·  Shipping: This item is also available for shipping to select countries outside the U.S.
·  Origin: Netherlands Antilles
·  ASIN: B00A8GF6BO
·  UPC: 854950002023
·  Item model number: TC300B

Please note the item flagged in yellow above. This item originated in China (as it still does on other sites). Suddenly, this item on Amazon is originating in the Netherlands Antilles. This is a well-known tax haven in the Caribbean, used by a variety of people and parties who can hide their identities and also avoid paying U.S. taxes. In other words, it can be, and often is, a haven for tax dodgers.

Would anyone care to guess who it may be that has registered in the Netherlands Antilles, may want to remain anonymous and may not want to pay U.S. taxes? We are surprised that Amazon seems to have looked the other way in this matter and appears to be complacent in buying Chummie products made by Theos Medical Systems from a mysterious source in a tax-dodgers' haven!

Which brings us back to our appeal to you, the customer, at the bottom of our last blog entry here just two days ago!

Amazon Removes Theos Medical Systems as a Seller on Amazon.com

And we shall add one more matter to our appeal to

You, the customer --

Are you going to ignore the abundant negative evidence about Theos Medical Systems? Ignore the evidence that was strong enough for Amazon to revoke Theos's selling privileges on Amazon.com, the most severe action that Amazon could take against a seller who is in strong violation of Amazon's policies and general ethics?

Are you going to buy inferior products at inflated prices from a seller who has been abundantly proved to be dishonorable and irresponsible in the fake promotion of his products, and aggressively and falsely attacking his competitors? This is NOT how business is conducted in America, using bullying and nefarious tactics and abundant false information!

Are you going to buy Chummie products sold by a mysterious seller in the Netherlands Antilles, a well know haven for tax dodgers? This seller may not be paying U.S. taxes.

We certainly hope that you, the customer, will strongly deny and turn down such spurious business, unless the seller becomes abundantly open and honest and revokes and removes both his false advertising and attacks on his competitors, and becomes a good citizen instead of attempting to be anonymous and possibly avoid U.S. taxes. This is the only honorable way to proceed with a nefarious and dishonorable party, to deny him the profit of his dishonest and misdirected activities.

Amazon is Fed Up of Theos Medical Systems and its Deceit and Fraud on Amazon and Elsewhere.
Products sold by Theos Medical Systems are no longer listed on Amazon.com.

Amazon appears to have removed Theos Medical Systems as a seller on Amazon.com. This is most likely because Amazon got fed up with Theos Medical Systems’ severe manipulation of Amazon Reviews and other severe ethical violations.

Theos has been shown to severely manipulate his Chummie products favorably through the use of shills and other illegitimate means, and use similar unethical means to downgrade competitors’ products on Amazon’s Reviews. Theos has a well established reputation for being by far the most unethical bedwetting alarm seller in the United States. These transgressions have been very thoroughly documented and explained on at least two public internet sites:

It seems that the only Chummie products that Amazon is currently offering are the few that Amazon unfortunately decided to sell, before they became adequately aware of Theos Medical Systems’ hypocrisy. One may assume that when Amazon depletes this inventory, Amazon will have nothing further to do with Theos Medical Systems or its Chummie products.

It is sincerely hoped that Amazon will pay attention, as Theos is perfectly capable of trying to sneak back into Amazon through name changes and other fronts, all of which would result in the same and continuing troubles for Amazon and its customers.

Please note that this blog entry was on October 4, 2014, about one-and-a-half months ago. Although we were aware of this site before today, we wanted to wait and ascertain what was stated in this site before publishing it here. Today, we can verify and declare that Theos Medical Systems is no longer a seller on Amazon.com .
Doing a Google Search for
Amazon Theos Medical Systems
the first search results are for
"Amazon At a Glance: Theos Medical Systems"
which provides "No Results" for Theos Medical Systems or their Storefront on Amazon.com .

We find it re-assuring that Amazon is paying attention to the large number of violations apparently perpetrated by Theos Medical Systems and their extensive deceit, both with regards to hyping their Chummie products and also falsely and unethically attacking their competitors. This has been the underlying philosophy of Theos from the time they came into existence in approximately the summer of 2011. Based on our knowledge of Theos Medical Systems through following them since about May, 2013, we can speculate that:

1.   Theos knew that they had inferior products that were ridiculously overpriced. See sources such as http://www.bed-wettingalarms.com/ which compare essentially all of the bedwetting alarms on the U.S. market in great detail and very technically. It is very obvious to us that Chummie products are completely outclassed, both technically and with respect to price. So Theos invented (and continues to emphasize) nonsensical comparisons of alarms to other alarms that are much older, and never to newer technology at a lower price. Theos had to blow its horn very loudly in the hope that the poor unassuming customer would not see that they were being taken for a ride. Theos's entire strategy appears to have hinged upon looking very successful on Amazon, where they found numerous unethical ways to manipulate their Reviews on Amazon, adding 5-stars and removing 1-star reviews, and likely manipulating where they would appear when a potential customer looked at the reviews, so that the high-stars reviews would be at the
beginning and create a strong impression.

2.   Theos attacked its competitors very strongly and unethically, inventing all sort of absurd charges and claims, Many of these are documented in this blog. Theos seems to have particularly zeroed in on DryBuddy and has numerous false and fictitious blogs and other statements about DryBuddy on the internet. We are aware that Theos likely manipulated DryBuddy's reviews on Amazon, placing numerous fake "poor" reviews for DryBuddy products so as to make them look unattractive on Amazon. It is quite obvious to us that Theos considered DryBuddy to be its greatest long-term threat, as DryBuddy was being truly innovative with its products and offering them at a very reasonable price. A major current and future threat that Theos must put down!
Theos also attacked Malem, going so far as to get a U.S. Trademark on Malem's name for bedwetting alarms. This matter is in the Courts at present. It is not clear to us why Theos did this, except to possibly prevent Malem from selling its products in the U.S. using the Malem name which has been used for many years. Again, this appears to be deceitful and lacking ethics, and demonstrates a propensity to do what Theos thinks is best for itself with no concern for ethics or any of the better and general accepted facets of American society.

Many of these issues have been dealt with at some depth in this blog. Please read other blog entries for further information.

Which brings us to the last paragraph in our copy of the blog at the beginning:

It is sincerely hoped that Amazon will pay attention, as Theos is perfectly capable of trying to sneak back into Amazon through name changes and other fronts, all of which would result in the same and continuing troubles for Amazon and its customers.

This is already coming about. We have noticed that a new seller on Amazon, with a new name and no further identity, has started to offer certain Chummie products on Amazon. In and of itself, we have no objections to anybody offering products on Amazon, if they are acceptable to Amazon. But we do have to ask two important questions:

1.   This Chummie product being offered by the new seller continues to have associated with it all of the abundantly fake reviews that Theos had developed for this product. This has been very thoroughly examined in the blog
Unfortunately, Amazon did not remove these fake reviews. So this fake Theos gets the unearned benefit of over 120 fake reviews which are, of course, superlative. We sincerely hope that Amazon, while cleaning up Theos's dirty works on Amazon, will remove all of these reviews.

2.   You, the customer

We certainly hope that you, the customer, will strongly deny and turn down Theos, and prevent him from benefiting from your business, unless Theos becomes abundantly open and honest and revokes and removes both his false advertising and attacks on his competitors. This is the only honorable way to proceed with a nefarious and dishonorable party, to deny him the profit of his dishonest and misdirected activities.

Theos Medical Systems and Chummie continue their Deceit - Their Missing Retailers.

Theos has been making outlandish claims about other "retailers" who are selling their Chummie products. Although we have pointed one out in our August 5, 2013 entry:

Chummie: Deceit by Perversion -- Best Buy  (click to go there)

more than one year later Theos still claims that Best Buy sells their product!
So we thought that we should see if Theos's claims are valid.

We contacted Bartell Drugs at their headquarters and spoke to a representative who knows about such matters. Three simple questions:
Does Bartell stock Chummie products in their stores? No.
Has Bartell sold any Chummie products? No.
Has Bartell purchased any Chummie products? No.
When we searched for Chummie on the Bartell Drugs web site, no Chummie products could be found. So much for Bartell Drugs!

We went to BestBuy.com, as we had more than one year ago, and searched for Chummie.
The result of the search was: We did not find any matches for " Chummie "
O.K. So much for Best Buy! Again!

We clicked on the BUY NOW button and went to Wayfair.com . No Chummie. Could not find Chummie. Wayfair.com is not showing Chummie. Which means that they don't carry or sell Chummie. So much for Wayfair.com!

We clicked on the BUY NOW button and went to Unbeatable Sales. Searched for Chummie. Could not find Chummie. This certainly is an unbeatable sale for Chummie. If you are not there, you can't be beat. So much for Unbeatable Sales!

We went to everyCasa through the BUY NOW button, and guess what? No Chummie to be found on everyCasa. They don't seem to want Chummie in any casa. So much for everyCasa!

ThinkHealthe did carry Chummie. So we decided to talk to them about their "Chummie experience."

Yes, they bought a little over 100 Chummies as they thought they were getting a really good price (based on our knowledge, Chummie had ONLY a profit margin of about 70% on this deal!).

How well were they selling? Poorly.

When you exhaust this stock, will you order more Chummies? No!

So much for ThinkHealthe!

So much for Chummie and their making claims that are fictitious, or not very credible. Typical Theos?!

Theos Medical Systems and Chummie Carry Deceit to their Highest Levels yet!

We came across a new blog drybuddyez-malem-bedwetting-alarm.blogspot.com  written by "Jeremy Akin." The "Author" could have used his real name, or the name of his company Theos Medical Systems, which we strongly believe, based on established previous behavior, is behind this bogus blog. We shall now refer to the author as Theos.

In this spurious and fake blog, Theos has attempted to imitate this blog

But in traditional Theos style and frame of mind, he is unable to do any original work other than blather nonsense. Theos makes it appear that DryBuddy is "attacking" Malem, Bedwettingstore, and other competitors of Chummie. This effort is so shallow that it does not take someone like us, dissecting Theos's skullduggery for well over a year, to see many repeated ideas, terms, wording and outright rubbish that Theos has so abundantly proliferated on the internet and wherever else he can. This includes fake criticisms on Amazon reviews and anywhere else that Theos thinks people will read and believe Theos. This is a very poor frame of mind and manner of dealing with the world in general. Attack the competition, regardless of how deceitful and fake these attacks may be. And hyper-inflate his own Chummie products, even though they are technically quite old fashioned and even obsolete. Lots of puffed up wording does not make any Chummie product technologically on the forefront of the bed wetting alarm industry. You can refer to a site we often use at

Look at the wireless alarms and the wired alarms, and do take into consideration the exorbitant price that Chummie has been deceiving people into paying for them, and it is very obvious to us that Chummie is very outclassed.

Deceit can only last so long before people get wise to it.

And we should point out that in copying substantial parts of bedwettingalarmsdeceitcatcher.blogspot.com

without any statement to that effect, this is outright plagiarism. Though knowing Theos's character by now, we very much doubt that plagiarism, falsification, and infringement have ever stopped Theos from doing whatever he thought he could get away with.
It gets even worse, as Theos has no conscience, misgivings, compunctions or punctiliousness (is our English getting to complicated for Theos?) about changing data and names as may suit him. He has very obviously done this to much of the material in this blog, substantially distorting it as he has distorted his efforts with Chummie products and his pathetic inventions with which he has been attacking competitors.

As we said, deceit can only last so long before people get wise to it.

We doubt that it is worth our while to display further scorn and derision at Theos. It is only water bouncing of a duck's back. But as the James Whitcomb Riley (1849-1916) wrote:

" When I see a bird that walks like a duck and swims like a duck and quacks like a duck, I call that bird a duck."   "Quack, Quack!"  A Quack in more ways than one!

Theos goes on with other fake blogs as well,

bedewttingstoredeceit.blogspot.com   and

malem-bedwetting-alarm-reviews.blogspot.com

which are essentially copies of drybuddyez-malem-bedwetting-alarm.blogspot.com .

Notice that bedwettingstore is mis-spelled as bedewttingstore in the blog name. Is that a real error or intentional mis-spelling? He could have spelled Malem as Malam or something else. But this might defeat his purpose in getting a U.S. Trademark on the name Malem. We do wonder why Theos does such wacky things. Perhaps deceit and arrogance go hand-in-hand, with the perpetrator thinking that he is invincible. It is public knowledge that Theos and its owner are defendants in a lawsuit filed by Malem about this matter.

As we have often said, Theos is really coming apart at his seams. For a blog purportedly written by DryBuddy and against Malem (to name two supposed antagonists), it is very, very surprising that no mention is made of Chummie products. That's OK. You don't have to read these phony Theos blogs to learn about Theos and Chummie. Most of this blog is oriented towards them!

And another blog came to our attention simply because Chummie is frequently on it (together with Malem and many others). This blog goes back to 2012.

bg-alarm.blogspot.com

This is a "blog field" for bedwetting alarms on which many manufacturers have posted their alarm "advertisements" to get Google exposure. Something that should be totally ignored by everyone, including Google. And it truly is obsolete.

The first three mentioned blogs are truly amazing behavior for most reasonable, honest and rational human beings, but never put deceit as being beyond Theos. Much of this blog has focused on that.

And for Theos's information, in case he decides to change his masterpiece blog or make it disappear, we have made a copy of it. Such a masterpiece should be preserved for posterity (or any other legitimate and legal cause).

Since Theos, once again, tries to stir up friction between Enuresis Solutions (DryBuddy) and Bedwettingstore and Enuresis Associates (Malem) with his rubbish, we shall invite the Presidents (or Heads) of both firms to send a letter to

stating clearly that they have nothing to do with any of the three Theos blogs mentioned above, and refute their nature and content. We shall publish these letters on this blog when received.

In your blog article titled

Theos Medical Systems "Chummie" Carry Deceit to their Highest Levels yet!

you (Deceit Catcher) have pointed out that there are three "new" internet blogs. The author(s) of these new blogs, who currently have names of "Jeremy Akin" and "Chasity Davis" have substantially distorted the original blog

http://bedwettingalarmsdeceitcatcher.blogspot.com/

to try and deceive readers into believing their fake version of reality.

Enuresis Solutions, LLC, the manufacturer of the DryBuddy line of bedwetting and enuresis alarms and products, completely refutes the duplicity and changes as represented in these three fake blogs. Enuresis Solutions, LLC has known nothing about the creation or posting of these blogs by their authors "Jeremy Akin" and "Chasity Davis" mentioned above until they were observed on the internet, and has not participated in their efforts of distortion and misuse of the original blog http://bedwettingalarmsdeceitcatcher.blogspot.com/ .

Is Chummie's Hype Machine Failing? Chummie Cannot Compete with DryBuddy in Fair Competition!

We wonder what trouble Theos Medical Systems (Chummie) may have got themselves into. And we are not talking about their continuing attacks on competitors, misrepresenting other persons and organizations (both private and government), or the usual balderdash that they are well known for. That's normal and what is expected of Theos. We are talking about their latest sub-par device that they are trying to foster on a hype-bound part of the public that they may have successfully fooled in the past.

Yes, we are talking about the much-hyped Chummie Elite which Chummie introduced on Amazon about the beginning of July, 2014 for $74.99 . And it obviously did not sell.

Look at its record on Amazon, based on reviews. These are recorded and summarized by Catch Fraud (very appropriate name when used here) on

Till early September, almost all of the reviews were from paid shills (see this above-mentioned site for substantial details, including the records of the 5-stars giving shills). And, across all Chummie products, we have over 150 such paid shills in this little more than a month period !

Then, through the present, we have hordes of "Vine Reviewers" who get the devices to review as freebies, and usually give 5-stars so that they can keep on getting freebies.

As of September 15, 2014 just for the Chummie Elite, Catch Fraud had counted (and registered)

54           Definite Paid Reviewers who were also Not Amazon Verified Purchasers, and

39           Freebie Reviewers
Plus others.
Out of a total of 82 Total reviews for this item through September 15.  Figure that out!
And Theos should not have been able to use Amazon Vine Reviewers as they can ONLY be used for products that a SOLD by Amazon, which the Chummie Elite is not. Another oversight by Amazon? Another lets-do-whatever-we-can-get-away-with by Theos? Oh yes. There were also 5 genuine reviewers (Amazon Verified Purchasers) of whom 3 gave bad reviews and 2 gave good reviews.

And in this same period of August 1 though early-mid September, Chummie had used about 150 paid shills (confirmed) to give Chummie's products 5-stars. So now you know that Chummie's high Amazon ratings come from paid shills and people given freebies. No credibility, and only tolerated on Amazon!

Now you may understand why Chummie is getting desperate.

So what do they do? They turn to eBay! They offered some Elites from an unknown source (one of those names like "flyhighwithme" or anything else you can think off) for under $65 and including accepting offers lower than that. Perhaps they should offer it for much less. Knock yet another $35 off, so it sells for under $30, and now you are truly competing against the DryBuddyEZ, which is knocking off Chummie's socks (er, urine alarms) on eBay where they cannot be hyped as Chummie so thoroughly does on Amazon!

Catch Fraud lists their sales by Chummie and DryBuddy on eBay from August 1 through September 21, 2014:

Chummie Elite:                 16 units
DryBuddyEZ:                   78 units

And Chummie still has not faced up to the reality of the new DryBuddyFLEX, truly wireless, with magnetic sensor, remote control, and a variety of options. $99.99 for a complete wireless system as just described. And genuinely new technology, not the hyped up rubbish that Chummie claims when comparing its devices to devices that are 20 or 30 years older. Why would any intelligent person aware of their options spend $75 to $95 for a technically obsolete Chummie, which only Chummie's continuing hype keeps alive?

DryBuddyEZ is selling at almost five times the rate of Chummie Elite.

Yes, we expect Theos/Chummie to have another of its daily eruptions upon reading this. Maybe a Krakatoa is what Theos really needs for itself!
